Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer to provide clerical support in a busy clinical setting in Tralee, Kerry. This is a 3-6 month initial contract based in their Finance department.
1. 35 hours/week
2. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
What you will be doing:
3. Managing emails and correspondence
4. Inputting data into the database
5. Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required
6. Handling phone calls coming into the department
7. Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities
8. File preparation and uploading documents to the database
What you will have:
9. At least 6 months of professional administration experience in a Finance/Accounts department
10. Medical dictation highly desirable
11. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. High attention to detail and organisation
14. Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems
