We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team in Cork. This role will provide legal secretarial support to the General Litigation Department.
Key Responsibilities
* File management: opening, closing and maintaining files
* Document management: Managing high volumes of typing letters and other documentation; amending documentation as required
* Court administration: Preparation of court documents and briefs; liaising with Counsel as required
* Administration activities including filing, photocopying, answering the phone
Requirements
* 2 years+ Legal Secretarial experience within Litigation
* Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
* Work well as part of a team with ability to multitask and prioritise
* Good IT and systems skills
* Ability to use their own initiative and manage time efficiently
