We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to provide exceptional front-of-house and support services.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also supporting the executive team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, customers, and callers
* Manage incoming phone enquiries including general queries, parking enquiries, weighbridge customers, and marina visitor berth customers
* Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times
* Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable
Administrative Support:
* Coordinate staff meetings, preparing agendas, documentation, and room setup
* Provide typing and administrative assistance to senior team members
* Prepare and format presentations and documentation as required
* Maintain and manage the Board Room schedule
* Arrange travel arrangements, including flights and hotels, for staff
* Coordinate external training courses for employees
* Order and arrange lunch for meetings, ensuring timely delivery and setup
* Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by the executive team
