Responsibilities
Lead and manage two kitchens in a multi-outlet hotel, overseeing both formal and informal dining and the banquet suite. Drive the reimagining of informal dining as the first major project. Work with an ambitious and supportive management team and a well-trained kitchen team to deliver high standards across all outlets. Support staff in settling into the area if relocating and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen during transition.
Qualifications
A head chef with experience running a similar operation is sought by the management. They are looking for a chef with finesse and strong knowledge of financial and business fundamentals. A seniority level and the ability to lead a team in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment are important factors. In return they have put together a very strong package for the right candidate.
