High-growth CBRE business division comprised primarily of Facilities Management (FM) services as well as responsibility for effective management of Opex and broader country supply chain infrastructure.Develops and implements a market and business specific Procurement strategy and manages supply chain operations to meet CBRE and client objectives for customer satisfaction, P&L optimisation and cost reduction, quality and risk, ESG, and innovation.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Design, develop & maintain CBRE’s Partner Excellence Programme (preferred supplier programme) to embed a ‘Fit for Purpose’ supply chain across services categories, geographies, and industry/client sectors, mapped to business strategy, to help differentiate CBRE and realise improved client and CBRE benefitsDevelop and implement category and sourcing strategies to deliver procurement financial targets as well as contribute to broader business financial objectivesDesign and facilitate business operations engagement and training programmes to support the delivery of CBRE’s Target Operating Model and broader supply chain strategy, and effectively influence business stakeholders to drive adoption and maturation.Cultivate and support the implementation of supply chain innovationsFacilitate CBRE’s supplier engagement and events programmeDevise and implement strategies to meet client ESG objectives such as supplier diversity, sustainability & emissions reductions, and responsible sourcing strategiesSupport supply chain related business development activities including; RFP responses, client meetings/pitches, supply chain solutioning, sales collateral development; and contribute significantly to CBRE’s Win/Keep/Grow strategyWork close with Operational leadership to embed best practice across the businessOversee project implementation and improved adoption of CBRE Procurement IT systemsLead the supplier relationship management programme - design and deliver an effective programme to meet client / business requirements and unlock value - integrate business leadership and stakeholders into the programme to drive deeper relationship building with targeted preferred suppliersDrive leverage within CBRE’s supply chain and consolidate spend from non-partners to CBRE Preferred to achieve better outcomesOversee strategic Procurement aspects of mobilisations / transitions and renewals of key Clients to ensure successful operation of new and existing accountsCollaborate successfully with other functional leads and stakeholders to drive cross-functional improvements and drive maturity of the business - Commercial, Finance, QHSE, Sales, Operations, People as requiredResponsible for succession planning and growth of the Country Procurement team as the business grows, including development of business case justifications for future recruitmentEnsure successful participation of suppliers in CBRE’s risk and onboarding programmeParticipate in Country and Functional Leadership Teams and contribute to broader regional goals and objectives for the businessImplement and maintain country procurement policies, DOA, corporate governance and Code of Conduct to support delivery and mitigate risk to the businessServe as a senior member of the Country and Regional Procurement Leadership teams, seek inputs from diverse perspectives and embrace team environmentDemonstrate passion for Procurement and willingness to drive and execute projects at pace - be an ambassador for positive business change and impactREQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES:An experienced procurement professional with extensive knowledge and inherent passion for sourcing and supply chain management.Hard services expertise and knowledge of technical / operational requirements preferential.10+ year’s Procurement experienceUndergraduate degree is required. Advanced studies in Supply Chain / Master/ MBA preferential.Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies, and then lead and influence people in the implementation and successful adoption of those strategiesParticipation on a Divisional or Business Unit leadership teamProven ability to effectively manage in a matrix organisation with the ability to influence up, down, and across the organisationDemonstrated experience with supplier partner programs, driving supplier leverage, supplier relationship management and development, and performance measurementTeam management and development; setting annual goals that align with business initiatives, establish employee development plans, and coaching / mentoringFacilities management and/or service category knowledge such as cleaning, landscaping, building repair & maintenance, MRO, waste management, office services, fire/life/safety, elevators, security, catering etcStrong negotiation and influencing skillsContract law knowledge and working experience of supplier T&CsExperience in M&A activities and supply chain related synergy programmes preferentialClient / Customer facing skills desired + experience with business development preferentialExcellent communication skills.
