Our support office is located on the 7th floor of the Intact (RSA) House, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin, D16 FC92.
The Role
A Quality, Safety, and Risk Business Partner drives operational excellence by implementing quality frameworks, managing risk, and fostering a "zero harm" safety culture.
They partner with senior leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions, acting as a key liaison for continuous improvement and strategic safety initiatives.
Specific Job Details:
Contract:
Permanent Full- Time 37.5 per hour
Location:
7th Floor, Intact House, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, D16FC92, remote working and requirement to travel to all Centric practices nationwide & Intact House.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00 an to 5.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities
Risk Management & Compliance:
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Quality Governance:
Implement and monitor quality improvement systems, clinical governance (if applicable), and ensure standards are met.
Safety Leadership:
Attend RM and PM meetings, promote a proactive safety culture, and lead incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Advise senior leaders and managers on safety, risk strategies, and audit outcomes.
Training & Education:
Ensure mandatory training is undertaken, deliver safety training, inductions, and risk-based coaching to employees.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor safety performance indicators, report on compliance trends, and suggest improvements
Document Control
: Managing Policy and Procedure publication and renewal.
Monitor the database of policies and procedures and alert relevant stakeholders when reviews are required.
Audit the database for accuracy at relevant intervals.
Coordinate the approval and distribution of policies and procedures to relevant staff.
Support the Director of Quality, Safety & Risk in the formulation of new policies and procedures as necessary.
Supporting accreditation and audit programmes
across all business units.
Coordinating and supporting the ongoing programme of audit in line with best practice and accreditation standards.
Compiling accreditation feedback templates and managing document upload to the online accreditation portal.
Providing audit reports to various committees as required.
Leading Quality and Risk Communication
activities.
Designing and delivering quality, safety and risk communications monthly specifically tailored to each business group for maximum value.

Manage and conduct internal audits
according to an annual schedule and facilitating external audits – liaising with external auditors and staff at all levels.
Typical Qualifications & Skills
Relevant degree or certification in Quality Management, Health & Safety, or Risk Management.
Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO) and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and auditing.
A minimum of two years' experience in a Quality, Safety and Risk Partnership role in Ireland is essential for this position.
Candidates who do not meet this criterion will not progress to the next stage of the process.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and build a safety culture.
Ability to work strategically with senior leadership while managing operational tasks.
Other Position Requirements
A positive attitude and the capacity to forge positive relationships with co-workers quickly.
The ability to critically analyse processes and systems for potential risks/issues prior to implementation.
Tenacity towards problem solving, persistently pursuing, reviewing and reapplying solutions to achieve a successful resolution.
The courage, curiosity and drive to pursue outside-the-box, is solutions.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
Experience in Healthcare and/or Quality and Risk is desirable but not essential.
Purpose of Position
To provide expertise, advice and leadership in implementing an organisation-wide, quality, safety and risk management framework, ensuring a continuously improving safe and effective service for our patients and staff.
Other Duties
As deemed appropriate by the direct manager.
Performance Review
Supervision is provided through regular meetings.
Performance review at 3 months, at 6-month probation period and then annually.

The range of salary for this role is between €40k pa - €45k pa based on experience.
