Job Purpose This role is a PCF holding position, subject to approval by the Central Bank under their Fitness and Probity Regime.
The roles are PCF-12: Head of Compliance, PCF-14: Chief Risk Officer, and PCF-52: Head of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Legislation Compliance.
Main Responsibilities Develop and manage compliance and risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Group standards.
Oversee compliance and risk monitoring programs, including annual Compliance and Risk Monitoring Plans.
Ensure effective policies and processes to identify, monitor, and report compliance and risk exposures.
Maintain and update policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Group standards.
Manage and enhance the AML framework to meet local and Group AML requirements.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and advise on emerging regulatory changes.
Report regularly on risk and compliance matters to Senior Management and the Board.
Foster a positive risk and compliance culture through training and awareness programs.
Support business and Group Risk and Compliance on risk and compliance-related matters.
Act as the lead regulatory contact and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Handle additional risk and compliance duties, such as Internal Control Supervision and GDPR.
Qualifications Experience in compliance and risk management, with management experience.
Experience in the fund administration sector, particularly in the AIF sector.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a pragmatic, approachable, and independent demeanor.
A relevant compliance qualification (e.g., LCI, ICA Diploma, ACAMS).
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) to interact professionally with both internal and external parties.
Strong investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Efficient and effective team player.
