is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Lead
to join their HR function on a
12-month fixed term contract
.
This is a key role in shaping and driving recruitment activity across the business, ensuring the company attracts, engages, and secures top-tier talent across both professional and business support functions.
About the Role:
As
Talent Acquisition Lead
, you will take ownership of the recruitment function, guiding both strategy and delivery:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment
across a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Partner with senior stakeholders
across the business to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring solutions.
* Manage relationships with
preferred recruitment suppliers
to ensure quality and timely hiring outcomes.
* Oversee job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Mentor and support
junior team members, including a business services graduate.
* Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
* Maintain and report on
key recruitment metrics
to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute to
strategic talent acquisition projects
in collaboration with the Recruitment Senior Manager.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience
in recruitment, ideally in a professional or corporate services environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and build strong internal partnerships.
* Confident and effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills with a
process-driven and detail-oriented
approach.
* Solid understanding of
recruitment legislation
and industry best practices.
* Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, high-performance culture
with shifting priorities.
* Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.
