Operations CoordinatorJob descriptionBy Appointment DMC delivers personalised private tours, concierge, executive and aviation transportation services across Ireland, UK and selected destinations world-wide.The successful candidate will assist with the coordination of the day-to-day VIP transportation and operational logistics of our organisation primarily using our booking and reservations platform. The position is office based in Killaloe, County Clare and only candidates that are able to easily commute to this location should apply.Key Responsibilities:· Assist management with the day to day running of the company's operations· Be a point of contact for email and phone enquiries· Oversee bookings from start to finish providing an exceptional level of service· Assist with the management of the company's central reservation booking system· General office administration duties· Ability to liaise with our itinerary planning department and assist with bookingsRequirements:· Experience working in tourism, hospitality, executive transport, aviation, or customer service industry is a distinct advantage· Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.· A strong communicator with a great ability to provide clear, accurate messaging to our team of drivers· Ability to work well within a team· Exceptional working knowledge of all MS Office applications· Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment· Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management· Full drivers licence· Strong written and oral communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionWork Location: In person
