Strategic Facilities Director Role
This senior leadership position oversees day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of facilities managers, drive operational excellence, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
1. Vendor Management & Strategic Partnerships:
* Optimize vendor relationships ensuring contractual obligations, performance metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers to drive exceptional service delivery.
2. Team Leadership, Development & Performance Management:
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment, onboard new team members, and foster a positive culture.
* Performance Management & Coaching: Conduct regular reviews, one-on-ones, and provide feedback to drive individual and team performance.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance:
* Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare timely reports, adhering to established deadlines.
* Incident Management & Risk Mitigation: Ensure prompt incident reporting with proactive problem-solving.
4. Financial Management & Budgeting:
* Budget Management: Develop and manage site-level budgets driving financial targets.
5. Client Relationship Management & Service Delivery:
* Client Focus: Understand client needs and adapt service delivery to exceed expectations.
