The team works collaboratively to provide critical capabilities for sales force optimization, including customer segmentation & targeting, sales force sizing, structure, territory alignment design and maintenance, field call planning and refinement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, performance, etc. to support sales force optimization recommendations.
* Develop approaches to design and align territories, do resource sizing & structure, personnel placement etc.
* Conduct analysis of data and cascade the overall sales target to the sales associate level.
* Build recurring reports to measure key performance indicators related to the field force and other roles.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Understanding of pharma landscape and sales force optimization activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal marketing and promotion laws and regulations
Additional Skills/Preferences:
* BTech/MBA with 3-6 years of experience in sales planning and management
* Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (BI, Tableau), CRM systems, SQL, AWS, and MS Office
* Excellent communication (written & verbal) and prioritization skills with attention to detail
