We are currently seeking a full time Service Time Administrator. We offer flexibility on office location, with this role available in our North, South, or West Dublin offices. This is a permanent full-time position (Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm), with 20 days annual leave per annum entitlement.

This is a new position to join a growing team

The Role:
We're looking for a proactive Administrator to support our service delivery team. The role involves maintaining accurate time and attendance records, monitoring shift activity, and ensuring information is up to date for payroll. You'll produce regular reports, follow up on any discrepancies, and work closely with coordinators, supervisors, and payroll to resolve queries. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage information confidently across multiple systems.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative, service coordination, payroll support, or time-and-attendance role

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and validate data

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage daily tasks and follow up on discrepancies in a timely manner

Confidence working with time-tracking, scheduling, or workforce management systems

Competent in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data review

Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Coordinators, Supervisors, Management and payroll teams

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operational setting
