Lead Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team.
As a Lead Operations Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating employee performance, conducting regular performance appraisals, and coaching/mentoring and developing your team members to encourage and support a high-performance work culture and develop future leaders internally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate employee performance and conduct regular performance appraisals
2. Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
3. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
4. Lead and motivate a team of operators to achieve high levels of performance and employee engagement
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
* Degree or master's in business, production management, engineering, or similar discipline
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
* Minimum 2 years' supervisor experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to interpret and analyze information and translate into operational actions
* Problem-solving methodology experience required
