Technical Advisor Role
We are hiring a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot connectivity, OS, software, and hardware issues on Windows systems.
2. Manage user accounts and access rights for optimal security.
3. Maintain efficient systems by performing backups and patching upgrades.
4. Promote the use of secure technologies among users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Pertinent experience with Windows operating system versions 10/11.
The ability to administer Active Directory.
familiarity with networking fundamentals.
possession of relevant third-level qualifications or certifications (MCSA CompTIA A+/Network+).
