Process Engineer - FSO Integration
The ideal candidate will work on improving Intel's manufacturing processes, interacting with multiple organizations and groups to support high-volume manufacturing and technology development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ownership of process health and product quality of the FBE manufacturing line.
* Work with process modules to design, execute, and analyze experiments to sustain and improve the processes.
* Critical project ownership spanning high volume manufacturing, process development, and fab-assembly package integration.
* Monitoring and responding to end of line yield trends and executing baseline process changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Masters or Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable degree with 2+ years of experience in a semiconductor processing role.
* Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Effective communication up and down the organization, including skills to communicate technical issues and status to leadership.
* Organizational and planning skills for engineering projects.
