Project Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our client's team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in an innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Analyze project data to identify critical path delays and negotiate extensions of time with the client as needed.
* Monitor project finances, ensuring that costs align with pricing and budgets are met.
* Identify areas where the project is underperforming, develop strategies to mitigate losses, and communicate commercial issues to the Contracts Manager.
* Determine scope variations and negotiate additional costs with the client when necessary.
* Review contract documentation and ensure timely notification of required actions to the client.
* Lead a team of Site Agents, Project Engineers, and QSs, responsible for all site personnel through the Site Agent.
* Approve monthly progress claims and review risk assessment method statements and pre-construction health and safety documentation.
* Audit health and safety and quality procedures regularly.
* IDentify design issues and present proposed solutions to the client.
