Responsibilities include:

* Delegating workloads and supervising technicians
* Maintaining productivity and quality
* Ensuring work deadlines are met and carried out cost-effectively
* Interpreting instructions from job cards and ensuring technicians comply with repair instructions
* Obtaining and recording technical data
* Inspecting work in progress to identify additional repairs
* Notifying customers and insurance companies of additional work required
* Frequently inspecting work in progress to verify quality meets or exceeds company standards
* Testing and inspection procedures prior to final cleaning
* Careful review of administrative documentation
* Close supervision of sublet vendors' quality and delivery times
* Continually scanning the workshop for methods to save time or money
* Adhering to company Health and Safety regulations
* Attending daily control meetings
* Performance measurement of each job, technician, and team
* Introducing and managing incentives for workers tied to performance and measurement
* Researching and providing ongoing training for all production staff
* Managing workshop staff's time-off for annual and personal leave
* Monitoring and controlling production overtime
* Monitoring individual performance of production staff
* Supervising maintenance and housekeeping of production work areas and equipment

Key Requirements:
