A well-established organisation within the housing and community sector is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the finance function while supporting strategic planning, financial governance and operational decision making across the organisation.
The Role
Lead and manage the finance function
Manage monthly management accounts and Board reporting
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Manage cashflow, investments and financial controls
Lead audit, compliance and statutory reporting
Support strategic and operational decision making
Work closely with senior leadership and Board members
Provide financial modelling and investment analysis
Oversee finance systems and reporting processes
The Person
5+ years’ experience in a senior finance role
Strong management reporting and financial control experience
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and Boards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong commercial and operational finance capability
Strong systems and reporting experience
