Service Delivery Specialist Required
We are seeking a Service Delivery Specialist for a temporary contract with potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, build strong relationships, and exceed expectations while managing multiple priorities effectively.
The role involves:
* Delivering excellent customer experiences through ticket handling, calls, and emails.
* Processing applications and requests on behalf of our client.
* Granting access to systems for new users.
* Providing regular updates and reports to internal management and the client.
* Processing registrations and setting up new customers.
* General administration tasks such as updating files, procedures, and invoicing records.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* At least 1-2 years' experience in administration, preferably with a customer-facing background.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Dynamics.
* Previous use of CRM systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong team player skills and effective communication.
