As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to residents, creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes resident well-being. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve resident-centered goals, utilizing your skills and experience to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver compassionate and person-centered care to residents, responding to their unique needs and preferences.
* Contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes resident autonomy and dignity.
* Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve resident-centered outcomes, communicating openly and transparently.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in Social Care or a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community).
* QQI Level 7 qualification or higher is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in social care practices and theories.
* Display a kind, compassionate, and empathetic nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Full clean manual driver's license is required, enabling you to transport residents safely and efficiently.
