Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will have a solid and proven track record as an Executive Assistant.
This is a part-time permanent position (flexibility is available on structure of part-time).
Key Responsibilities:Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the Chief People Officer's calendar to optimise time and prevent conflicts.Handling phone calls, emails, and responding on behalf of the Chief People Officer.Proactively looking for ways to enhance preparation for Management Committee, Partnership and other critical meeting updates and briefing.Organising and coordinating HR meetings and events, including preparing materials, drafting agenda, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Preparing documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining appropriate HR, Finance system updates.Managing tasks and assisting with various HR projects when required.Anticipating future planning needs for the Chief People Officer, and support on other ad hoc duties when required. Required skills and Expertise:Minimum 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant / PA Administration with a proven track record of supporting and working at executive level.Experience in working with Human Resources executives preferred – absolute discretion is critical.Ability to prioritise and manage own work, complete all necessary tasks on time.Meticulous attention to detail.Be able to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Superb communication skills in both verbal and written format.Time management skills that allow you to coordinate multiple competing tasks.A solution focused mind-set and working style, can-do approach to work, even in challenging situations.Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and situations.Have experience in planning and managing attendance of events and meetings.Ability to work well with all levels of internal staff.
