The successful candidate will have:

* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, but this is not essential.
* Strong positive work ethic & work off their own initiative.
* Excellent Customer service.
* Be very organised.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Knowledge of spirits and cocktails is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate:
* Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
* Maintain standards in accordance with our brand.
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. e.g. preparing garnishes, refilling ice wells and general stocking duties.
* Use your initiative to stock up glasses, ice and stock when low during service.
* clean utensils and bar equipment such as glasses, drip trays and bar counters etc.
* Remove used glasses from bar counters and ensuring they are placed in the correct trays to be washed.
* Put dirty trays into the glass washer and store clean ones in the designated areas.
* Sweep up any broken glass and dispose of in the correct bins.
* Attend to spillages quickly and efficiently.
* Provide customers with information regarding live music and venues within the business.
