The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained across the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Sourcing and engaging top talent.Interviewing and assessing candidates.Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
No recruitment experience required.A graduate with strong communication and sales skills.Driven, motivated, and eager to learn.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Full training provided with continuous coaching and mentorship.Clear pathway into recruitment and a lucrative commission structure.Broad benefits package that will include pension and 28 days of annual leave.
