Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychological Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological interventions that meet the unique needs of our service-users.
\
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing evidence-based psychological therapies that promote positive outcomes and support individuals in achieving their goals.
\
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support, providing guidance and consultation as needed.
\
Responsibilities:
\
\
* Develop and implement holistic assessment and direct support plans tailored to individual service-user needs.
\
* Provide expert psychological assessments, summarizing results in professional reports.
\
* Design and deliver high-quality psychological interventions, monitoring and evaluating effectiveness.
\
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement stepped-care models and inter-agency initiatives.
\
* Practice excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
* Master's and/or Doctorate-level qualification in Psychology, recognized by the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
\
* Chartered membership (or eligible for) with the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
\
* At least 3 years' experience in the field of Learning Disability/Autism/Mental Health/Physical or Sensory Disability.
\
