Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch patient care throughout all aspects of fertility treatment.
* Assist in theatre procedures, pre/post-operative care, phlebotomy, and cannulation.
* Deliver professional support to patients with empathy and respect during their journey.
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) is required, along with at least 2 relevant modules completed.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as an HCA or in a clinical setting.
* Valid CPR and Manual Handling certifications are necessary.
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
Desirable:
* Prior experience in fertility care would be beneficial.
Working Hours:
* This role requires working 37.5 hours per week, typically in 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
