* This role will involve setting and leading strategic and operational agendas for global value dossiers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking charge of leading a team of associates in HEOR & HTA Dossiers ^ Plans by building their capabilities in value communication, dossier submission writing, identifying training needs, giving trainings that include mentoring and coaching across teams.

* Focusing on developing Global Value DoSsier And Planning Strategies To Sup port Local/Regional Submissions. Including Identifying Risks Associated With A Plan And Recommending Solutions That Would Ensure Success Of The Project In Addition To Its Compliance With All Legal Requirements.Risk Management:/ Taking Charge Of Evaluating Potential Risks Related To Successful Completion Of Various Projects Including Their Impact On Stakeholders' Views Regarding Business Decisions Making Process For Key Decision Makers.
