This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with an annual salary of €30,000 for a 39-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their personal care needs are met while upholding the highest standards of care.
* Foster a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, visitors, staff, and volunteers.
* Respect and support residents' individual preferences and choices.
* Strictly maintain confidentiality concerning all residents and the Care Centre's private information.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and local policies.
* Participate in mandatory and optional training programs as directed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
