Service Delivery Excellence Leader
This pivotal role entails overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery to Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and grow their team, driving sustainable business growth while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for efficient service request management, aligning with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Collaborate with regional service centers to streamline procedures, goals, and strategies.
Additionally, this position requires effective communication with key customers and stakeholders, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in repair and service operations.
