Occupational Therapist Role
This role is central to providing timely, child-centred, and clinically robust support to families navigating developmental, behavioural, and communication needs.
The post holder will provide Occupational Therapy assessments primarily within the Assessment of Need (AON) process and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering Occupational Therapy assessments to a high clinical standard.
* Contributing to AON determinations, MDT discussions, and report completion.
* Providing intervention where identified as appropriate.
* Participating in bespoke OT projects and service development initiatives.
* Producing clear, concise, professional diagnostic reports within required timelines.
* Adhering to organisational protocols regarding caseload management, scheduling, and communication.
