What you’ll do:
* Brew bold marketing strategies that energize our growth
* Manage campaigns across email, social, and digital like a true tea-EO
* Turn data into action (because spreadsheets can be sexy too)
* Drive e-commerce sales and optimize for SEO like a matcha-fueled ninja
* Collaborate with a lean, scrappy, and fun team that’s obsessed with matcha (and good vibes)
Who you are:
* You’ve got 3+ years in marketing in FMCG or CPG space
* You know your way around Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and TikTok
* You’re fluent in DTC lingo: CAC, LTV, ROAS, SEO, LOL
* You can write and post with flair—and back it up with results
* You love all things design and know your way around Illustrator.
* You thrive working independently and remotely, but love jamming with a team
