They are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Consultant / Consultant to join their growing Dublin Insurance Consulting team, which is entering an exciting phase of development.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to)
Taking responsibility of key aspects of project delivery, working closely with the project lead and the wider team to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
Stepping into new opportunities with enthusiasm, showing initiative and a genuine interest in shaping how we deliver for clients
Working directly with clients (virtually and onsite), either independently or as part of a wider Company team
Exploring new and developing areas of research (eg machine learning, climate change or cyber risk), and taking the initiative to develop your knowledge
At least 3 years’ experience in non-life insurance, working towards or having recently achieved Fellowship of the Institute and Faculty of actuaries and/or the Society of Actuaries in Ireland (or equivalent)
Strong grounding in non-life reserving. Experience in capital modelling, pricing, IFRS-17, risk and/or machine learning techniques is beneficial but not essential
An ability to explain technical matters clearly and simply, including to non-experts. You have a strong eye for detail, balanced this ability to identify and focus on the issues that matter most
Experience with coding languages, particularly R and/or Python, would be beneficial
