Job Title: Security Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Security Operations Manager to lead and manage our security division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills to drive performance and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guarding services across all client locations.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage our security division, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements, Health & Safety standards and internal operating procedures.
* Maintain full compliance with all regulatory requirements and drive performance through coaching, mentoring, structured feedback and ongoing development.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding and training of new security personnel, as well as conduct site audits, welfare visits and performance assessments to ensure continuous improvement and staff engagement.
* Act as primary operational contact for clients, building strong relationships based on reliability, responsiveness and service excellence.
* Address client needs proactively, resolving issues quickly and professionally, and support contract mobilisation, scheduling, resource allocation and adherence to SLAs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 - 5 years' operational leadership experience in the security guarding industry.
* Strong understanding of rostering, site coverage, incident response and regulatory compliance in a security environment.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and support frontline officers, with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to balance service quality and cost efficiencies, as well as self-driven, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
