Operations Leader
Optimizing the production process involves strategic decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and effective communication with teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Directing a team of Production Leads, Team Leaders, and Operators (140) according to established procedures and current best practices.
* Establishing performance benchmarks for high-volume manufacturing operations and monitoring adherence to set standards.
* Providing leadership by interpreting company policies and management directives for Production Personnel.
* Maintaining employee morale, minimizing absenteeism and attrition, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, and Security Procedures.
For this role, the ideal candidate will have experience managing large teams in complex production environments. A third-level qualification is beneficial, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required. Proficiency in Office Tools and expertise in MRP/Production Planning, MES/Data Analysis, and process improvements using LSS methodologies are essential.
