- Limerick Salary: Up to €37,000 per annum Location: Limerick City The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a Pizza Chef for their popular and vibrant restaurant located in Limerick.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative culinary professional with a flair for authentic pizza making to join a dynamic kitchen team.The successful candidate will take pride in producing high-quality, freshly prepared dishes and maintaining the highest culinary standards.Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present pizzas to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.Manage the pizza station efficiently during busy service periods.Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.Assist with menu planning, specials, and recipe development.Monitor stock levels and support with ordering and inventory control.Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.Contribute to a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.Requirements Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Chef de Partie, or in a similar kitchen role.Strong understanding of pizza dough preparation, oven operation, and traditional Italian cooking methods.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
