Purpose of the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level ICT technical support to users, ensuring that all calls are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.This role is a shift based On Site role covering Service desk hours between 0800 to 1800 Monday to Friday. Some out of hours work will be required on occasion.This role will also be required to participate in the on call rota.Essential Criteria:Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
