Job Description
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the laboratory function, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of services in line with business needs. This includes owning and managing the end-to-end laboratory workflow, designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize turnaround time.
