What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting and welcoming them to the firm.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
* Keep our reception area tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
* Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email, showcasing your excellent communication skills.
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, keeping things running smoothly.
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
* Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.
* Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing, ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
