We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Co. Clare.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to manage production to high volume service standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Establishing kitchen standards and operating procedures in line with senior management
* Training and mentoring junior staff members
* Minimizing wastage and maintaining stock levels
* FOLLOWING RECIPES AND PRODUCING PROFITABLE MENUS
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance workflow efficiency
In return, we offer a competitive salary between €36,000 and €42,000 per annum, plus a range of staff benefits.
Working hours will be approximately 42.5 hours per week, over four or five days, with a focus on daytime shifts.
