Overview
Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper-based validation to intelligent, digitized, paperless solutions. Kneat Gx is a purpose-built software platform used by leading Life Sciences companies to improve speed, precision, transparency, and intelligence in validation.
Responsibilities
* End-to-end project responsibility ensuring successful delivery to the client.
* Engage with clients to agree project scope, budget, quality, resources and schedule.
* Coordinate, resource, and deliver multiple projects concurrently within scope, time, and cost constraints.
* Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure client commitments are communicated and met, delivering against client expectations.
* Collaborate with the Kneat services team to prioritise projects.
* Develop an understanding of the Kneat software from functional, technical, and customer use-case perspectives.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the project management function.
* Provide regular progress reporting to management.
* Manage the commercial and operational aspects of a service portfolio, ensuring consultancy delivery is monitored and administered in line with the departmental P&L framework.
Minimum Qualifications
* Degree qualified with more than 5 years of experience in client-facing project/programme management.
* Excellent project management skills with demonstrable experience delivering projects to large customers.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
* Knowledge of contracting, billing and general project and services accounting governance.
* Comfortable working with change and creative problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
* Project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
* Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in regulated environments (e.g., life sciences) as a user or vendor.
* Experience with validation processes such as CSV or CQV.
* Good documentation authoring ability.
