We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in Personal Lines, Agri, and Commercial Business.
Responsibilities
* To achieve individual sales targets through proactive prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling of business lines.
* To provide excellent customer service by resolving queries efficiently and escalating technical issues as needed.
* To maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial products range and compliance requirements.
* To work collaboratively with the Branch Manager, Sales Development Co-ordinator, FBD Life & Pension Financial Advisor to enhance overall FBD Group service delivery.
