Junior Site Manager Junior Site Manager required for a well-established mid-sized builder developer to work on a housing development in South County Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be engineering / construction management degree qualified and have at least 1 years post-grad experience.
This is an ideal role for a Junior Level Site Engineer / Junior Site Manager who would like to secure a long-term role on the management side of things as opposed to a setting-out / site engineering role.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support; keeping records, time-sheets, goods inwards sheets, goods returns, checking deliveries etc.
Materials Management: Liaising with Site Manager and Purchasing Manager (at head office) to ensure correct specification, quality and quantity of materials are on site as and when required, checking all deliveries for same, supervising the issue of materials to ensure wastage is kept to an absolute minimum.
Assistant Supervisor; Assist in supervision, monitoring and management of site operatives, both direct and subcontractors.
Health & Safety; Assist in induction of site operatives, assist in carrying out H&S audits, monitor and manage adherence to PPE requirements.
BC(A)Rs Coordinator; Coordinate and collate all certification and documentation required to close out the completion process on individual residential units.
This will require liaison with Designers, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Requirements: A third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/ Civil Engineering /QS related area 4 years experience working on a construction site in a similar role in Ireland Strong communication skills Ability to prioritise workload / excellent time management.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Some previous experience in similar capacity Strong IT skills Career minded, energetic and enthusiastic.
