We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors expert to join our team as an analyst. As a key member of our HR digital transformation initiative, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Job Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation) ensuring seamless functionality.
* Maintain system stability, troubleshoot user issues, and optimize configurations for efficient daily use.
* Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems enhancing data flow and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to align system functions with strategic business goals and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements, stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, and support testing during release cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors including system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting.
* Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows.
* Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of time and attendance and SAP payroll is an asset.
* Experience with SuccessFactors implementation is preferred; exposure to S/4HANA is a plus.
