Job Title: Project Development Manager
Role Description:
* Oversee the delivery of biopharmaceutical equipment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
* Coordinate procurement, acceptance, and reporting for equipment and associated infrastructure on behalf of Sanofi.
* Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, approved project KPIs, performance standards, and specifications.
* Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers, and vendors to define and deliver right-first-time project deployment.
* Lead project teams to interpret requirements, ensure approval, and align project scope as requested.
* Assign responsibilities, mentor team members, and maintain accurate project planning documentation in accordance with the Sanofi stage gate model.
* Communicate effectively through weekly reports to management and senior stakeholders.
* Support other project participants to overcome obstacles when they arise.
* Review engineering deliverables, initiate site change controls, and associate documentation required by the project life cycle.
* Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality adherence.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a project management role.
* Detailed knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
* Exemplary communication, dedication, and focus on delivering key results within the role.
* Masters degree an advantage.
