Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value delivery.
Mandatory Skill sets: 3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
