Lead Physiotherapy Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Physiotherapy Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of therapy plans that promote the well-being and independence of children with disabilities.
* Possess a professional physiotherapy qualification from a recognized institution
* Hold current registration with the Health and Social Care Professionals Council
* Demonstrate a minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in physiotherapy work, with significant paediatric/children's disability experience
This role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage deadlines and teams effectively, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally. Experience in providing clinical supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical pathway development is highly desirable.
