Your new role
1. Managing the HR documentation, contracts, and policies of the company.
2. Advising management on personnel issues.
3. Managing grievance and disciplinary investigations.
4. Facilitating recruitment processes.
5. Maintaining the HR system and ensuring all employee information is up to date.
6. Working closely with management to develop, implement, and update processes and procedures.
7. Drafting monthly HR reports for management.
8. Providing weekly payroll imports.
9. Devising an employee training and development plan.
10. Working with the production and training managers to facilitate weekly and monthly health and safety meetings and associated reports.
What you'll need to succeed
1. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. A third level qualification is essential.
3. CIPD membership is desirable but not required.
4. Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
5. Computer skills (Word, Excel, HR systems).
6. Maintaining confidentiality is crucial.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with all levels within the company.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills.
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
