Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain a rich and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
* Develop individualized lesson plans that align with Aistear, Síolta and Montessori principles to meet the diverse needs of students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in both spoken & written English is essential. Good understanding of the national frameworks of Aistearand Solta is also required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about introducing the world to our little kiddies through the Montessori method.
Requirements:
* Hold a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Montessori Education (minimum of Level 6 Early Education).
* A minimum of one year experience working with the Irish Curriculum/ Framework.
