Overview
As a key member of our team, you will manage the product lifecycle, from market analysis and new product introduction to sales enablement and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of product management, commercial, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the product lifecycle for our MedTech portfolio, including new launches, line extensions, and cost reduction initiatives.
* Develop and execute competitive pricing strategies and commercial terms in partnership with the sales team.
* Lead the Medica, Dusseldorf trade show, including all logistics, booth management, and team planning.
Commercial & Market Analysis
* Develop and maintain expertise in key market segments, including Ostomy, Wound Care, and Skin Care.
* Drive market intelligence by conducting research on product category dynamics, competitive landscapes, and payer analysis.
* Monitor product profitability and collaborate with finance to optimize growth.
* Act as a key liaison to support the sales team with market insights, data sheets, selling tools, and training materials.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to provide market insights for new product development.
Operations & Strategy
* Manage commercial agreements, intellectual property, and service guidelines in collaboration with legal, sales, and supply chain teams.
* Provide strategic support to the leadership team, contributing to long-term strategic and operating plans.
* Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure products meet all quality and operational standards.
