The Information Communication Technology Department is responsible for the installation, support and ongoing maintenance of all IT hardware and software within the hospital including its telephone systems.
This involves network and server administration, hardware installation and maintenance, helpdesk support, software installation and upgrades, systems implementation and general troubleshooting.
A key aspect of the department is the project management and engagement with stakeholders in relation to IT projects relative to the hospital and the RCSI Hospital Group.
This service is delivered to a multidisciplinary user base.
A panel may be formed from which future permanent, temporary, fulltime and parttime vacancies may be filled.
