Service Manager Volvo and Ford This is a hands-on role where you'll be themain point of contact for customersand work closely with our in-house technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly. Location:Wexford Position:Service Manager Type:Full-time, Permanent What youll do: Greet and assist customers with service enquiries. Book in vehicles, manage service schedules, and keep customers updated. Coordinate work with the technician and ensure jobs are completed on time. Handle paperwork and invoices. Make sure customers receive a great experience from start to finish. What were looking for: Experience in a service advisor or similar role (motor trade experience a big plus). Friendly, professional, and organised. Confident using computers and managing bookings/admin. Able to work independently and take initiative. Full, clean drivers license.
